Pay Fees

Paying your levies

Owners corporation fees are paid into the owners corporation’s own trust account – not to the manager. Levies are usually issued quarterly, and each lot pays its share of the annual budget according to its lot liability.

How to pay

Payment options and your unique payment reference are printed on your levy notice. Options generally include:

  • BPAY – from your bank’s internet or phone banking, using the biller code and reference on your notice
  • Credit or debit card – online or by phone (a card processing fee may apply)
  • Direct debit – automatic payments from your bank account on each due date
  • Bank transfer (EFT) – to the owners corporation trust account, always quoting your reference
  • Post Billpay – in person at Australia Post, where shown on your notice

Always use the reference shown on your notice so your payment is allocated to the correct lot.

Why paying on time matters

Budgets are set close to cost, so late payments leave the owners corporation short for insurance, repairs and services. Overdue levies may attract penalty interest and recovery costs where the owners corporation has authorised them.
