Interest or Fee Waiver Request

If penalty interest or debt recovery fees have been charged to your lot and you believe there are special circumstances, you can ask for them to be waived. Waivers are a decision for the owners corporation or committee, and each request is considered on its merits.

What you will need

• Your levy notice reference
• The amount you are asking to be waived
• The reason for your request and any supporting information

Good to know

• Paying the outstanding principal first strengthens your request
• We will present your request to the committee and advise you of the outcome
