Spotted a problem with common property – a leak, broken light, faulty door, lift issue, damaged fence or dumped rubbish? Let us know and we will arrange the right contractor or refer the matter to the committee if approval is needed.

• When it started
• Photos, if you can take them safely

Good to know

• Repairs inside your lot are generally the owner’s responsibility
• Leaks are fixed by the party where the leak originates – we can help work this out
• For emergencies, call us rather than emailing
