Making a claim

• Complete the claim form with photos, quotes and any reports
• We lodge the claim and liaise with the insurer and assessor
• Approved payments are made to the owners corporation and passed on to the claimant once cleared

What owners should insure

The building policy does not cover your belongings. Owner-occupiers need contents insurance and investors need landlord insurance – there is no need to pay twice for building cover the owners corporation already holds.
