Information for tenants

As a tenant you are part of the building community. The owners corporation looks after the common property, and you are expected to follow its rules while you live there.

Who to contact

• Problems inside your apartment – contact your property manager or landlord
• Common property issues (lifts, lights, doors, leaks in shared areas) – report to us or through your agent
• Keys, swipe cards, fobs and remotes – your agent must apply on your behalf with a current lease
• Emergencies affecting common property – call us immediately

Living in the building

• Ask your agent for a copy of the owners corporation rules
• Book move-ins and move-outs in advance so lifts can be protected
• Use bins and recycling as directed
• Keep common areas clear and secure

Tenants can receive building notices but do not have access to owners corporation financial information.
