• Report common property maintenance on behalf of tenants
• Order keys, swipe cards, fobs and remotes – a current lease is required
• Book move-ins and move-outs and arrange lift protection
• Provide tenants with a copy of the owners corporation rules
• Notify us of tenant changes so access and contact records stay current

Sales agents

• Order owners corporation certificates for the vendor statement
• Request approval before installing For Sale or For Lease signs on the property
• Obtain certificates of currency for buyers and lenders
