Stratagised Concepts Group manages the shared property, finances and compliance of owners corporations across Victoria and Queensland. Our portfolio ranges from two-lot subdivisions to large, multi-use developments with complex services, staged titles and several owners corporations on the one site.

Whatever the size of the asset, the goal is the same: improve or increase its value and decrease its liabilities. We do that by keeping the building compliant, its finances transparent and its maintenance planned rather than reactive.

What every managed asset receives

• A named manager who knows the building, backed by our finance, insurance and compliance specialists
• Annual budgets, levy collection, trust accounting and transparent financial reporting
• Building insurance placement, valuations and claims management
• A maintenance plan and maintenance fund where the owners corporation requires one
• Compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (Vic) or the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld)
• Meetings convened, minuted and actioned on time

Taking on a new asset

Switching managers is decided by the owners at a general meeting. Once the resolution is passed and notice is given to the current manager, we run the handover of records, funds and contracts so the committee has nothing to chase and there is no gap in service.
